Outlaws of the Lost Dynasty is a side-scrolling brawler set in ancient China from Data East. At some time in the 11th Century, the 12 strongest outcasts of the world gathered at the foot of the Liangshan Mountains. It is on this marsh where they tested their battle skills. The warrior deemed strongest faced the evil that inhabited the Forbidden Palace. You must choose one of the warriors and use that warrior's special attacks and skills to defeat the others. Once you are declared the mightiest, try to defeat the evil in the palace to take your place as a hero in Dark Legend.
