The New York Times gets the scoop on Beatles' downloadable albums.
The New York Times' Daniel Radosh published a thorough article today covering every corner of The Beatles: Rock Band's development. One bit of news that's catching the eye of the internet is the brief mention of future downloadable albums -- namely Rubber Soul, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, and Abbey Road. The downloadable content was mentioned in passing, with no hint of a date or price.
Tyler says:
If you're a Beatles fan, or a die-hard Rock Band fan, I encourage you to
read the entire article; it's long, but definitely worth your time. My favorite nugget from the piece: how Yoko Ono came in near the end of development of the game and tasked the devs to put a more "high-spirited and strong-willed" look in John Lennon's eyes. That's probably too esoteric a suggestion for a programmer thinking about the 1's and 0's.
