Recently renamed developer Behaviour (formerly Artificial Mind and Movement, aka A2M) has revealed Eliza Dusku-voiced bounty hunter Rubi Malone will be making a comeback in the sequel to 2009's gun and sword grindhouse tribute, Wet.

Speaking with Joystiq, Behaviour CEO Remi Racine confrimed that Wet 2 is now in development, though he shied away from providing any significant details on the game or its publisher.

"We're working on Wet 2 right now and Naughty Bear 2," Racine told Joystiq. Asked how long the studio has been working on the game, Racine said, "The team is still at it, but that's all I can say."

After a well-into-development Wet was dropped by Activision during its merger with Vivendi in 2008, Bethesda stepped in and published the over-the-top actioner in September 2009. Racine would not comment on whether or not Bethesda will publish Wet 2, but he did say the sequel will be full-priced and not a $50 game like the original.

Sharkey says: The combo of gun, acrobatic, and sword gameplay made for a fun third-person shooter, but it never quite all came together in the original. There's a ton of potential, though, and I think Behaviour will have a hit on its hands if it has the time and backing to make a more polished game.
